You’re not casually referring.
You’re actively advocating.
Reward:
£1,200 per funded client (one-off payment).
Higher reward for meaningful contribution.
16+ new funded clients (within a rolling 12 months)
This is where it becomes serious.
You are now a strategic growth partner of TPP.
Reward:
£1,200 per funded client
PLUS
0.5% per year of assets under management introduced by you
Paid quarterly.
This creates real recurring income.
Not thank-you money.
Alignment money.
This is not pocket money.
This is a new revenue line.
And like any revenue line, it compounds.
16 funded clients = £19,200 in upfront payments.
That’s before we even discuss recurring revenue.
But the real power is not the upfront.
It’s the residual.
Introduce assets once.
Earn from them every year they remain invested.
£5m introduced at 0.5% = £25,000 per year
£10m introduced = £50,000 per year
£15m introduced = £75,000 per year
£20m introduced = £100,000 per year
£30m introduced = £150,000 per year
That’s not theoretical.
That’s maths.
Five clients per month at an average of £100,000–£120,000.
That’s £500k–£600k per month introduced.
Within 12 months, you are comfortably north of £5m introduced.
Which equates to:
£25,000 per year recurring...£100,000 PER YEAR recurring when you have 20m GBP under management for the REST OF YOUR LIFE!!! (or until the client leaves....)...
And remember, this is just the residual income!!!!
Plus up front bonuses of 6K GBP per month (72K GBP per year) providing you meet the objective of 5 new clients per month.
If you're producing new business regularly, the regular bonuses quickly compound....
Before you know it, you've built a business that generates you north of 250K GBP per year, and it doesn't cost you a penny...
For professionals who already control trusted client relationships, this is not an aggressive target.

Year three scales it.
Introduce £20m–£30m over time and you’re looking at £100,000–£150,000+ per year recurring. And doubling that with regular monthly bonuses once momentum is building.
